Garden Room Wales is a small, family-run business based in South West Wales. When you phone us, you will speak directly to the people who will design, build and install your garden room.
The business is run by Alan Jones from Crosshands and Roy Thomas from Carmarthen. We have been established for 9 years and have completed over 600 garden rooms.

Under regulations from October 2008, outbuildings are considered permitted development and as such may not require planning permission, subject to certain restrictions and conditions. In our experience, most garden rooms at the rear of a property do not need planning permission. Where it is required, we can use a CAD architect program to provide 2D and 3D plans to assist with your application, though compliance ultimately rests with the homeowner.
Prices include VAT, a concrete base, electrical fittings and heating, full insulation, spotlights in the overhang, uPVC double glazed windows and door, a flat roof, quality flooring and a choice of internal finish. The price you see is the price you pay, and will only change if you choose different materials.
